In this training we have both Equipments / No Equipments Workout. You can also lose weight without any equipment or whatsoever.

But as a Professional Fitness Trainer, I would suggest do equipment workouts if you have equipment. Because they will help you achieve your goals much faster.

And If you don't have equipments, that's totally fine, we have alternatives you can use for equipment workouts.
